ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We accept orders for local delivery within Lebanon. We currently only offer cash on delivery as a payment method. Payment will be collected upon delivery of the order.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We only offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged or not opened. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis. The cost of delivery for any refund or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer local delivery within Lebanon only. Delivery time for orders is 2 to 7 working days, with a delivery fee of $3.

We only collect personal information that is necessary for the fulfillment of orders and for the communication of delivery details. This includes email addresses and mobile phone numbers. We will never sell or share this information with third parties, unless required by law.
