Orders and Payments
We currently accept orders for delivery within Lebanon only.
Available payment methods include:
- Cash on Delivery
- Whish Money
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when your order is delivered.
For Whish Money payments, payment instructions may be provided during checkout or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges may be accepted for products that:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Are unopened and unused, subject to approval
- Are different from the product ordered
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
All refund and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving an order if there is an issue with a product.
Unless the return or exchange is caused by an error on our side or a damaged/incorrect product, any additional delivery costs associated with the return or exchange may be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across Lebanon only.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 working days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping fees are:
- FREE delivery on orders of $45 or more
- $5 flat-rate delivery on orders under $45
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, peak periods, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will always do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable phone number.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we do our best to keep inventory information accurate, a product or shade may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we may contact you to offer an alternative product, remove the unavailable item from your order, or cancel the affected item.
